Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love every MZMluxury.STORE order. If something isn't right, this policy explains how to return it and what you can expect.

1. 30-day window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags and accessories.

2. Items not eligible for return

For hygiene, safety, or licensing reasons, the following cannot be returned: opened beauty and wellness items, intimate apparel, pierced jewelry, perishable goods, personalized or made-to-order items, and digital downloads.

3. How to start a return

Email support@mzmluxury.store with your order number, the item(s) you'd like to return, and the reason. We'll reply within 24 hours with return instructions and (where applicable) a prepaid label.

4. Refund processing

Once your returned item arrives and passes a brief inspection, we issue your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Depending on your bank, funds may take an additional 3–5 days to appear in your account.

5. Shipping costs

Original shipping fees are non-refundable except where the item arrived defective, damaged, or was sent in error. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

6. Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact support@mzmluxury.store within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund, including original shipping.

7. Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different size or color is to return the original item and place a new order. This avoids the item going out of stock while we process the return.

8. Order cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 12 hours of placement, before fulfillment begins. After that, the order is treated as a standard return.
