These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MZMluxury.STORE website, products, and services (collectively, the "Service"). By placing an order or creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of terms
By using MZMluxury.STORE, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service.
2. Products & pricing
All product descriptions, imagery, and prices are provided in good faith and may be updated without notice. While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that descriptions or other content is error-free. Colors may vary slightly due to monitor calibration. All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated and exclude applicable taxes, duties, and shipping charges, which are calculated at checkout.
3. Orders & acceptance
Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including (but not limited to) cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock unavailability, or shipping restrictions. If your order is cancelled after payment, you will receive a full refund to the original payment method.
4. Payments
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment details, you authorize us (and Stripe) to charge the full order amount including taxes and shipping. We do not store full payment card details on our servers.
5. Shipping & delivery
Estimated delivery windows are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier disruption are outside our control, but our concierge team will assist with tracing and resolution.
6. Returns & refunds
Please review our Refund Policy for full details. In summary: unused items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price (shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was defective or sent in error).
7. Intellectual property
All content on this site — including text, photography, graphics, logos, the MZM monogram, and the "Elevate your lifestyle" tagline — is the property of MZMluxury.STORE or its licensors and is protected by international copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
8. User accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately at support@mzmluxury.store if you suspect unauthorized use.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Service; (d) use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to collect data; or (e) impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MZMluxury.STORE, its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which MZMluxury.STORE is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
12. Changes to these terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be communicated by a banner on this page or via email to registered account holders. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
